The beautiful chandeliers really shine and reflect all of the natural light in the space,” according to a 3 West Club spokesperson.
“Every wine buyer has a simple decision to make, and that’s ‘buy’ or ‘don’t buy,’ and that’s what this competition is all about, says judge Francis Schott. Francis is the owner of Stage Left, one of New York City’s premier restaurants.
All of the judges at this year’s event were buyers for New York City restaurants, retail locations, distributors, and importers, who judged the wines by their category and by their actual price. The NYIWC is proud to be part of the International Beverage Competition Group, the only beverage competitions judged exclusively by trade buyers.
